It just seems weird to start prayer quickly. I'm a procrastinator, so it is..

But on Tuesday, we started our normal daily prayer meeting for the morning session, and the attendance was quite good. I did not tell my old members about the prayer meet, but some just turned up!

PRAYER FOCUSES
Uploaded Thu, Jan 28, 2010
1.   Pray for the 500 teens (by Dec 2010).
2.   As we grow, pray for more willing labourers (volunteers & leaders). Pray that we are ready for the 500, to disciple and raise leaders from the 500.
3.   Pray for a winning Sunday at Acts. Let's also pray for the "six" that we are targeting for this week. Let's declare this six into being.
4.   The Challenge (sports carnival) is happening 5-7 February. Pray for:
  • more sign-ups
  • the harvest. We are reaching out to a specific group of teens. We don't just want this to be an event, but we want to see the teens coming in to fill the House
  • favour as the team make final preparations for the event
  • good weather
5.   Pray for our RR Groups/Project Mordecai/CFs. Pray for courage, favour and protection as we reach out to the people in our schools. Pray also for multiplication of our RR Groups.
6.   Keep the leadership team in prayer. Pray for protection and unity as we are the carriers of the vision.
7.   Let's be praying for Acts Church as a whole as well. Pray for the leadership and the people of the church, for growth in every age group ministries and for a new place.
